Standard Commercial Pricing
Our goal is to provide reliable, expert service with clear and straightforward billing.
- Labor Rate: Our standard commercial labor rate is $175 per hour.
- Billing Increments: The first hour of service is billed in full. Following the first hour, labor is billed in half-hour increments (30 minutes). This ensures you only pay for the time actually spent completing your repair.
- Diagnostic Work: Time spent on diagnosing issues is essential for an accurate repair and is billed at the standard hourly labor rate.
- Travel Time: To cover the time and fuel necessary to reach your location within our service area, travel time is billed at a rate of $100 per hour.
Service Agreement Holder Benefits
Commercial customers who enter into a Service Agreement with Family Home Services Company enjoy significant benefits and preferred pricing on all repair work:
- Reduced Labor Rate: Service Agreement holders receive a discounted labor rate of just $125 per hour—a substantial saving on every repair job.
What is Time and Material (T&M)?
This pricing model means that the final cost of your repair job is calculated based on:
- Time: The total time spent by our technician(s) on-site, including diagnosis and repair, plus the time spent traveling to your location.
- Material: The actual retail price of any parts or materials needed to complete the repair.
